The Bulk operations of Laidlaw Carriers (Laidlaw) transports a variety of industrial products such as salt, alloys, coal, fertilizer and gypsum, as well as various types of hazardous waste such as contaminated soil. Though servicing all of Canada and the U.S., the Bulk operation's main corridors are Ontario, Quebec, and the Great Lakes region of the United States.

The division also transports tandem long haul bulk between Canada and USA.

Equipment consists of B-Train dump trailers, 40 ft. air-ride tandem equipment, and four-, five- and six-axle trailers. Due to exceptional employee experience, Laidlaw Bulk prides itself with on time, contaminant free deliveries.
Our terminal located on the south shore of Montreal provides flatbed freight transportation services. From here we service the province of Quebec, the Maritimes, Ontario and New England.

The Quebec bulk and flatbed terminal has a customer base that has a strong presence in the wallboard, steel, lumber and building products markets. We offer a variety of tandem, 4-axle and B-Train trailing equipment to optimize payload for our customers.
